Unlocking the Power of Natural Learning for K12 students with Tudor's Cowboy Academy

At Tudor's Cowboy Academy, we believe that English language education can be transformative when it aligns with the way native speakers learn. Our teaching principles are rooted in this belief, guiding our students toward authentic language acquisition.

Key Principles:

Language Learning Like a Native: We understand that language learning isn't about memorizing grammar rules or translation. Instead, we emulate the natural learning process of native speakers, allowing students to speak English confidently and naturally.

Learning by Doing: Our unique approach blends individual sessions for grammar and skills with interactive group activities. Learning is not complete until it's put to use, and our students thrive in dynamic group challenges, debates, and creative projects.

Reading Reinvented: Our focus on reading and phonics through Word Mapping and syllable-based techniques sharpens accuracy and listening skills. We nurture young readers, ensuring their journey is both joyful and effective.

Confidence through Competence: Our students don't just learn English; they master it. By focusing on meaning over mistakes, we empower them to communicate with confidence, just like native speakers.

Experience a different approach to English education at Tudor's Cowboy Academy.

We teach English in a natural way, more like native children learn. We have a lot of projects and practical activities where students get to use what they learn. Using language and what we learn is often where traditional language schools go wrong. We also do not have weekly topics, we spend more time on one particular topic and several sub-topics that allow students to learn the relevant vocabulary, grammar, and a variety of reading, writing, and speaking skills.

If you mention our team, Adrienne Bowling and I, Tudor, are both qualified K-12 teachers in the US. She already has the Texas Education Agency certification. I will get mine in the summer or September. I am now planning the exam session with the TEA.
